Abstract
Latar Belakang : Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan suatu pelayanan yang dapat memberikan kepuasan pada pasien. Semakin banyak pasien yang berkunjung merepresentasikan sebagai peningkatan dari mutu pelayanan pada suatu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas Panongan Kabupaten Majalengka masih mendapati komplain terkait lamanya waktu tunggu di bagian pendaftaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan dengan kepuasan pasien pada era rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Panongan Kabupaten Majalengka tahun 2025. Metodologi Penelitian : Korelasional Kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 92 responden pasien rawat jalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat, uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penilaian mutu menunjukkan responden dengan menilai tidak baik terdapat 50 responden atau (54,3%). Hasil Penilaian kepuasan pasien menunjukkan responden dengan menilai puas terdapat 51 (55,4%). Hasil analisis data dengan uji chi-square diperoleh signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti bahwa 0,000 < 0,05. Didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara mutu pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Panongan Majalengka. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara mutu pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Panongan Majalengka. Background : Quality of health services is a service that can provide satisfaction to patients. The more patients who visit represent an improvement in the quality of service at a health care facility. Panongan Health Center, Majalengka Regency, still gets complaints related to the long waiting time in the registration section. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of outpatient registration services and patient satisfaction in the era of electronic medical records at the Panongan Health Center, Majalengka Regency in 2025. Method : Quantitative correlation, with a cross sectional research design. The sample size was 92 outpatient respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate, the statistical test used is the Chi Square test. Research Results: The results of the quality assessment showed that respondents with unfavorable ratings were 50 respondents or (54.3%). The results of the patient satisfaction assessment showed that there were 51 (55.4%) respondents who were satisfied. The results of data analysis with the chi-square test obtained a significance of 0.000 which means that 0.000 <0.05. It was found that there was a significant relationship between the quality of outpatient registration services and patient satisfaction at the Panongan Majalengka Health Center. Conclusion : There is a relationship between the quality of outpatient registration services and patient satisfaction at the Panongan Majalengka Health Center.
