Abstract
KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN KEMENKES TASIKMALAYA PROGRAM STUDI DIPLOMA III KEPERAWATAN CIREBON Karya Tulis Ilmiah,28,Mei,2025 Implementasi Pemberian Terapi Cucumis Sativus Pada Ny.W dan Ny.S Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Perfusi Perifer Tidak Efektif Akibat Hipertensi Di Ruang Diponegoro RSUD Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon Ica Aprilia Nurlaila Fazrin¹, Edi Ruhmadi2, Agus Nurdin3 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Word Health Organization WHO mengumumkan data terbaru hasil reset pada 19 Sepetember 2023 mengatakan hasil data tersebut menunjukan orang dengan hipertensi kurang lebih 4 dari 5 orang yang terdiagnosis hipertensi tidak diobati dengan cukup memuaskan. Di Provinsi Jawa Barat, khususnya Kabupaten Cirebon, prevalensi hipertensi juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Berbagai faktor, seperti keturunan, pola makan, dan gaya hidup, berkontribusi terhadap kondisi ini. Penanganan hipertensi dapat dilakukan melalui terapi farmakologi dan non-farmakologi. Salah satu pendekatan non- farmakologi yang menarik adalah terapi juicer cucumis sativus, yang telah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan penurunan tekanan darah yang signifikan setelah penerapan terapi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi terapi juicer cucumis sativus pada pasien dengan masalah keperawatan Perfusi Perifer Tidak Efektif akibat hipertensi di RSUD Arjawinangun. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan fokus pada pelaksanaan tindakan, respon pasien, dan analisis kesenjangan. Hasil diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pengetahuan keperawatan dan praktik klinis dalam penanganan hipertensi. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat praktis bagi penulis, instansi pendidikan, rumah sakit, dan pasien dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan terapi non-farmakologi untuk mengelola hipertensi. In West Java Province, especially Cirebon Regency, the prevalence of hypertension has also increased significantly. Various factors, such as heredity, diet, and lifestyle, contribute to this condition. Hypertension can be treated through pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One interesting non- pharmacological approach is Cucumis sativus juicer therapy, which has been shown to be effective in lowering blood pressure. Previous studies have shown significant reductions in blood pressure following the application of this therapy. This study aims to describe the implementation of Cucumis sativus juicer therapy in patients with Ineffective Peripheral Perfusion nursing problems due to hypertension at Arjawinangun Regional Hospital. The method used is a case study with a focus on implementation of actions, patient responses, and gap analysis. The results are expected to contribute to the development of nursing knowledge and clinical practice in the management of hypertension. In addition, it is hoped that this research will provide practical benefits for authors, educational institutions, hospitals and patients in increasing understanding and application of non-pharmacological therapies to manage hypertension.
