Abstract
Latar Belakang : Transformasi digital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk melalui implementasi rekam medis elektronik. Literasi digital tenaga kesehatan menjadi kunci keberhasilan adopsi teknologi tersebut. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 18 Tahun 2022 mendorong penerapan sistem informasi kesehatan digital, sehingga tenaga kesehatan dituntut memiliki literasi digital yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat literasi digital tenaga kesehatan berdasarkan lima dimensi EU Digital Competence Framework 2.2 (DigComp 2.2). Metodologi Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 81 tenaga kesehatan dari total 438 populasi, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Tingkat literasi digital tenaga kesehatan di RS Ciremai tergolong baik berdasarkan lima dimensi, yaitu Information and Data Literacy sebesar 80%, Communication and Collaboration 77%, Safety 79%, Digital Content Creation 73%, dan Problem-Solving 75%. Skor total keseluruhan literasi digital tenaga kesehatan mencapai 77%, yang dikategorikan dalam tingkat baik. Kesimpulan : Hasil akumulasi lima dimensi menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital tenaga kesehatan di RS Ciremai berada pada kategori baik dan mencerminkan kesiapan dalam mendukung sistem informasi kesehatan digital serta menghadapi tuntutan transformasi digital layanan kesehatan. Background :Digital transformation plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency and quality of healthcare services, including the implementation of electronic medical records. The digital literacy of healthcare professionals is a key factor in the successful adoption of such technologies. Regulation by the Ministry of Health, specifically Regulation Number 18 of 2022, encourages the implementation of digital health information systems, requiring healthcare professionals to possess adequate digital literacy. This study aims to describe the level of digital literacy among healthcare professionals based on the five dimensions of the EU Digital Competence Framework 2.2 (DigComp 2.2). Research Methodology : This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 81 healthcare professionals out of a total population of 438, selected using the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Result : The level of digital literacy among healthcare professionals at Ciremai Hospital is categorized as good across the five dimensions: Information and Data Literacy (80%), Communication and Collaboration (77%), Safety (79%), Digital Content Creation (73%), and Problem-Solving (75%). The overall digital literacy score reached 77%, placing it in the good category. Conclusion : The accumulated results across the five dimensions indicate that the digital literacy of healthcare professionals at Ciremai Hospital is in the good category, reflecting their readiness to support digital health information systems and respond to the demands of digital transformation in healthcare services.
