Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kemajuan teknologi telah mendorong digitalisasi di bidang kesehatan, salah satunya melalui penerapan e-Puskesmas di Puskesmas Sendang Kabupaten Cirebon, penerapan e-Puskesmas dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan mutu layanan kesehatan sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala, seperti respon aplikasi yang lambat, gangguan jaringan, kurangnya pemahaman petugas, serta perangkat yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung. Selain itu, integrasi e-Puskesmas dengan layanan BPJS seperti P-Care sering mengalami hambatan, yang berdampak pada proses pelayanan kesehatan dan menurunkan produktivitas tenaga kesehatan dalam melayani pasien secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap penerapan e-Puskesmas menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metodologi Penelitian: Analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan total populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 35 Petugas di Puskesmas Sendang Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan korelasi yang signifikan dan sangat kuat antara variabel persepsi kegunaan dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value 0,000, r = 0,639), persepsi kemudahan pengguna dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value 0,000, r = 0,695), isi dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value 0,000, r = 0,844), tampilan dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value 0,000, r = 0,619), akurasi dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value 0,000, r = 0,679) dan ketepatan waktu dengan kepuasan pengguna (p-value 0,000, r = 0,882). Background: Technological advances have encouraged digitalization in the health sector, one of which is through the implementation of e-Puskesmas at Puskesmas Sendang, Cirebon Regency, the implementation of e-Puskesmas is carried out as an effort to improve the efficiency and quality of health services in accordance with Permenkes No. 24 of 2022. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, such as slow application response, network disruption, lack of understanding of officers, and devices that are not fully supported. In addition, the integration of e-Puskesmas with BPJS services such as P-Care often experiences obstacles, which have an impact on the health service process and reduce the productivity of health workers in serving patients optimally. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the implementation of e-Puskesmas using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Methods: Quantitative descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection using a questionnaire with a total population of 35 officers at the Sendang Health Center, Cirebon Regency. Research Results: The results of this study are that there is a significant and very strong correlation between the perceived usefulness variable and user satisfaction (p-value 0.000, r = 0.639), perceived ease of use with user satisfaction (p-value 0.000, r = 0, 695), content with user satisfaction (p-value 0.000, r = 0.844), display with user satisfaction (p-value 0.000, r = 0.619), accuracy with user satisfaction (p-value 0.000, r = 0.679) and timeliness with user satisfaction (p-value 0.000, r = 0.882).
