Abstract
Latar Belakang : Rekam medis bersifat rahasia yang harus dijaga karena di dalamnya mengandung riwayat pengobatan dan perawatan pasien dari awal sampai akhir pengobatan. Agar isi rekam medis memberikan informasi yang akurat dan berkesinambungan, dapat ditingkatkan bila didukung oleh keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis elektronik. Tujuan penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis elektronik dengan aspek kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan yang ada di UPTD Puskesmas Kedawung. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 (tiga) orang yaitu kepala Puskesmas Kedawung, koordinator rekam medis, dan petugas rekam medis. Hasil Penelitian: Penerapan sistem rekam medis elektronik di UPTD Puskesmas Kedawung telah menggunakan ID dan password, namun akses masih terbuka bagi seluruh unit pelayanan tanpa adanya SOP khusus yang mengatur keamanan dan kerahasiaan data. Kesimpulan : Perlu disusun dan diterapkan SOP khusus yang mengatur secara khusus mengenai keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis elektronik. Serta perlu adanya evaluasi dan pengawasan rutin terhadap akses dan wewenang terhadap rekam medis elektronik. Background: Medical records are confidential and must be maintained because they contain the patient's history of treatment and care from the beginning to the end of treatment. In order for the contents of medical records to provide accurate and continuous information, it can be improved when supported by the security and confidentiality of electronic medical records. Purpose : This study aims to identify the security and confidentiality of electronic medical records with aspects of confidentiality, integrity, and availability at the UPTD Puskesmas Kedawung. Research method: This type of research uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique used is through interviews and observation. The subjects of this research were 3 (three) people, namely the head of the Kedawung Community Health Center, the medical records coordinator and the medical records officer. Research Results: The implementation of the electronic medical record system at the UPTD Puskesmas Kedawung has used ID’s and passwords, but access is still open to all service units without a special SOP that regulates data security and confidentiality. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop and implement special SOPs that specifically regulate the security and confidentiality of electronic medical records. And there is a need for regular evaluation and supervision of access and authority to electronic medical records.
