Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pada era digitalisasi saat ini, perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat termasuk pada bidang kesehatan. Fasilitas kesehatan di seluruh Indonesia tengah bertransformasi menuju penggunaan rekam medis elektronik, hal ini sejalan dengan Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2022. BPJS Kesehatan pun turut aktif memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi terkini dengan cara menghadirkan aplikasi Mobile JKN yang merupakan bentuk transformasi digital dari model bisnis BPJS Kesehatan. Salah satu penerapannya adalah sistem antrean online melalui Aplikasi Mobile JKN, yang kini sudah diterapkan di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendorong digitalisasi layanan kesehatan dan mempermudah akses masyarakat dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi implementasi antrean online melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN menggunakan metode DeLone dan McLean. Metodologi Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik Quota Sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 41 orang. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil evaluasi implementasi antrean online menunjukkan bahwa keenam variabel metode DeLone dan McLean yang dilihat dari segi distribusi frekuensi jawaban mendapatkan hasil persentase yaitu kualitas sistem sangat baik (46,83%), kualitas informasi baik (52,20%), kualitas layanan baik (53,66%), penggunaan sangat baik (50%), kepuasan pengguna baik (49,39%), dan manfaat bersih sangat baik (48,17%). Simpulan : Evaluasi implementasi antrean online melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN secara umum memperoleh penilaian baik hingga sangat baik dari pengguna. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem antrean online telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara efektif, meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan terutama pada aspek kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Background: In the current era of digitalization, technological developments are advancing rapidly, including in the healthcare sector. Healthcare facilities across Indonesia are undergoing a transformation toward the use of electronic medical records, in line with the Ministry of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022. BPJS Health is also actively leveraging the latest technological advancements by introducing the Mobile JKN application, which represents the digital transformation of BPJS Health's business model. One of its implementations is the online queueing system through the Mobile JKN application, which has now been adopted in various healthcare facilities. This initiative aims to promote the digitalization of healthcare services and to facilitate public access to healthcare. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the online queueing system through the Mobile JKN application using the DeLone and McLean method. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the sampling technique employed was quota sampling, with a total sample size of 41 respondents.. Research Results: The evaluation results of the online queue implementation show that all six variables of the DeLone and McLean method, based on the distribution of response frequencies, achieved the following percentages: system quality is very good (46.83%), information quality is good (52.20%), service quality is good (53.66%), use is very good (50%), user satisfaction is good (49.39%), and net benefits are very good (48.17%). Conclusion : The evaluation of the online queue implementation through the Mobile JKN application generally received good to very good ratings from users. This indicates that the online queue system has been able to effectively meet user needs, although there remains room for improvement, particularly in the aspects of information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction.
