Abstract
According to UNICEF in 2023, pneumonia is the cause of death of more than 700,000 children under five every year, or around 2,000 every day. Pneumonia can be treated if diagnosed as early as possible and can be prevented with immunization, namely with Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) Immunization. Objective: To determine the relationship between completeness of PCV immunization and Kajdian Pneumonia in toddlers aged 13-24 months. Method: This research uses a quantitative analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total sampling number of 932 samples. Results: The results of this study showed a significant relationship between the completeness of PCV immunization and the incidence of pneumonia (p=0.00). Conclusion: Complete PCV immunization can prevent the risk of developing pneumonia. Keywords: Pneumonia, Immunization, Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine
