The conclusion of this scientific paper is that therapy for adherence to taking medication and scheduled activities reading Al -The Koran can reduce signs and symptoms in patients with hallucinatory sensory perception disorders. Suggestions for the family are expected to provide support and motivation when the patient takes medication and is given exercise and are able to improve the patient by referring to the plan that has been set, namely by participating in complying with taking medication and exercising carried out by the patient and looking at the patient's daily schedule for the sake of the patient's recovery.
