Abstract

Kes2 "Nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations by implementing medication adherence therapy and scheduled activities: Prayer at the Purbaratu Community Health Center, Tasikmlaya City” ABSTRACT Mental health is when a person is in good health, able to feel happiness. Mental disorders are symptoms of mental function which include thoughts, emotions. The Tasikmalaya City Health Service stated that the Purbaratu Community Health Center is the 2nd community health center with the highest data on People with Mental Disorders out of 22 Community Health Centers that serve patients. with case. Scheduled activities are activities carried out with the aim of reducing the risk of hallucinations. The research method used is a qualitative method, namely a method used to collect data through person observation, interviews, or behavioral observation. The first step in creating scientific work is to compile a nursing care case report. The researcher made the first patient visit for 5 days on Tuesday 26 March to Saturday 30 March 2024 for client 1 and Wednesday, 03 April to Monday, 08 April 2024. This research This was carried out based on the focus of the study, namely nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, who carried out compliance with taking medication and scheduled prayer activities. This section discusses an overview of the implementation of strategies for implementing medication adherence and scheduled activities: Prayer for two clients with the main problem of sensory perception disorders: Auditory hallucinations through nursing care. That hallucinations can experience a decrease in signs and symptoms by regularly taking medication and scheduled prayer activities, Clients can implement medication adherence to prevent or control hallucinations and scheduled activities. With the amount of medication, motivation or family support that is applied together, the side effects that exist are a spiritual dimension that can influence a person's behavioral patterns in living life. So after carrying out nursing actions, both patients experienced auditory hallucinations and both experienced a significant reduction in signs and symptoms, namely 70%. Both clients also experienced several gaps, including Client 1 not complying with the activities given by the nurse, while Client 2 complied with the activities scheduled by the nurse.
