Abstract
Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Health Polytechnic of Tasikmalaya Department of Medical Records and Health Information Diploma III Study Program Medical Records and Health Information Tasikmalaya 2024 AMELIA FITRI OVERVIEW OF USER KNOWLEDGE OF THE ELECTRONIC PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD SYSTEM "SIKESS" IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL HEALTH UNITS IN TASIKMALAYA ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS 2024 69 Pages, 5 Chapters, 16 Tables, 12 Figures, 18 Attachment ABSTRACT Background: Electronic-based health information systems such as Electronic Personal Health Record "SIKESS" have the potential to improve the efficiency and quality of School Health Unit (UKS) management because they allow patients to have full access to and control over their health data. Implementing digital systems such as SIKESS is projected to increase the productivity of UKS management and the quality of student health monitoring. However, its successful implementation depends on the knowledge and competence of users in operating the system. The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of user knowledge and acceptance of the Electronic Personal Health Record System "SIKESS" at the elementary school level UKS manager in the city of Tasikmalaya Methodology: The method used was quantitative descriptive with saturated sampling techniques involving 30 respondents from 13 public health centers and 17 elementary schools. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire and data analysis using the Task Technology Fit (TTF) method. Result: The results showed that respondents' knowledge level about the use of SIKESS was the highest in the sufficient category (76.6%). The overview of user acceptance of the SIKESS application with the TTF method produces average values: Task Characteristic (TAC) 3.2 (good), Technology Characteristic (TEC) 2.98 (good), Task Technology Fit (TTF) 3.11 (good), and Performance Impact (PI) 3.13 (good). Conclusion: It can be concluded that user knowledge about SIKESS still needs to be improved, while the implementation of SIKESS in Tasikmalaya City based on the TTF method is good. Suggestions were given to various parties such as academics, and subsequent researchers to optimize the implementation of SIKESS.
