Abstract
High alert drugs are drugs that have a high risk of endangering patient safety if not used properly. According to Minister of Health Regulation RI No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals, High Alert medicines must be stored separately from other medicines and given special marking. The aim of this research is to determine the description and suitability of storing high alert drugs in the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation at RSUD dr Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya City. This research is descriptive quantitative in nature, data collection was carried out using observational methods. The data collection research instrument used in this research is the Checklist instrument which refers to the Minister of Health Regulation RI No. 72 of 2016. The sample taken is High Alert drug storage data in the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD dr Soekardjo at the Inpatient depot. The method used in data analysis is a descriptive quantitative analysis method. The research results show that the storage description for high alert drugs uses storage methods based on dosage forms and types of pharmaceutical preparations, FIFO (First In First Out), FEFO (First Expired First Out), and alphabetical. Accuracy in storing high alert drugs has a percentage of 99,14%, which is included in the very good criteria. High alert drug storage system at the Inpatient Depot of the Dr. Hospital Pharmacy Installation. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures for Hospitals and Permenkes Number 72 Years 2016.
