Abstract
INTISARI PENERAPAN EFEKTIFITAS KOMBINASI PIJAT OKETANI DAN TEKNIK MARMET TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI PADA PASIEN POST PARTUM SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUANG MELATI 2A RSUD dr. SOEKARDJO KOTA TASIKMALAYA oleh: Yeni Suryani ASI adalah nutrisi alamiah terbaik bagi bayi dengan kandungan gizi paling sesuai untuk pertumbuhan optimal. Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan media kedekatan (bonding dan attachment) antara ibu dan bayi. Pijat oketani merupakan salah satu teknik pijat payudara yang berfokus pada daerah aerola dan putting susu ibu. Teknik marmet yaitu cara memeras ASI secara manual dan mengutamakan let down reflex (LDR). Tindakan ini diyakini dapat menjalin hubungan ibu dan bayi baru lahir pada masa adaptasi postpartum. Adaptasi ini penting untuk menghindari setres pada bayi baru lahir yang beresiko gagal hidup pada awal masa kehidupan. ASI mengandung semua bahan yang diperlukan bayi, mudah dicerna, memberi perlindungan terhadap infeksi, selalu segar, bersih dan siap untuk diminum. Menyusui adalah cara optimal dalam memberikan kebutuhan nutrisi, imunologi dan psikososial dalam mengasuh bayi. Tujuan penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini yaitu untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan efektifitas kombinasi pijat oketani dengan teknik marmet terhadap produksi ASI pada Ibu post partum di Ruang Melati 2A RSUD dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil evaluasi dari penerapan Teknik oketani dan Teknik marmet didapatkan bahwa ada peningkatan produksi ASI yang cukup signifikan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa penerapan Teknik oketani dan Teknik marmet berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI pada pasien post partum sectio caesaria. Kata kunci : ASI , oketani, marmet, sectio caesaria ABSTRACT APPLICATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A COMBINATION OF OKETANI MASSAGE AND MARMET TECHNIQUE ON BREAST MILK PRODUCTION IN POST PARTUM SECTIO CAESAREA PATIENTS IN ROOM MELATI 2A RSUD dr. SOEKARDJO TASIKMALAYA CITY By : Yeni Suryani Breast milk is the best natural nutrition for babies with the most suitable nutritional content for optimal growth. Giving breast milk (ASI) is a medium of closeness (bonding and attachment) between mother and baby. Oketani massage is a breast massage technique that focuses on the areola and nipple areas of the mother. The marmet technique is a way of manually expressing breast milk and prioritizing the let down reflex (LDR). This action is believed to strengthen the relationship between mother and newborn during the postpartum adaptation period. This adaptation is important to avoid stress in newborn babies who are at risk of failure to survive early in life. Breast milk contains all the ingredients a baby needs, is easy to digest, provides protection against infection, is always fresh, clean and ready to drink. Breastfeeding is the optimal way to provide nutritional, immunological and psychosocial needs in caring for a baby. The purpose of writing this Final Scientific Work for Nurses is to provide an overview of the effectiveness of the combination of oketani massage with the marmet technique on breast milk production in post partum mothers in Melati 2A Room RSUD dr. Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya City. The evaluation results from the application of the oketani technique and the marmet technique showed that there was a significant increase in breast milk production. This proves that the application of the oketani technique and marmet technique has an effect on increasing breast milk production in post partum caesarean section patients.
