Abstract

Kelengkapan pengisian catatan dokumen pasien bisa mempermudah tenaga kesehatan lain serta bisa dijadikan sumber data yang akurat untuk manajemen rumah sakit dalam memastikan penilaian serta pengembangan pelayanan kesehatan. Dokumen pasie yang dikatakan lengkap merupakan yang sudah terisi lengkap oleh dokter dalam waktu < 24 jam sehabis selesai pelayanan rawat jalan ataupun rawat inap. Riset ini adalah riset kuantitatif memakai lembar checklist observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menganalisis informasi kemudian menggambarkan infromasi yang sudah terkumpul sebagaimana pengambilan informasinya secara retrospektif. Hasil dari penelitian atau riset ini menampilkan persentase kelengkapan pengisian resume medis pada pengisian data administratif adalah 73 (76%) lengkap serta sebanyak 23 (24%) tidak lengkap, sebaliknya pengisian kelengkapan informasi klinis sebanyak 79 (82%) dan 17 (18%) tidak lengkap. Dari hasil riset ini diharapkan supaya rumah sakit bisa mempertahankan pemahaman serta ketertiban petugas yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengisian dokumen pasien sehingga cocok dengan prosedur yang sudah diresmikan.
