Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. Adolescent problems related to reproductive health generally stem from a lack of information, understanding, and awareness to achieve reproductive health. One of the many cases that occur in adolescents is Unwanted Pregnancy (KTD). In Rajadatu Village, Cineam District, there were 7 cases of unwanted pregnancy where 4 cases occurred in adolescents. The aims of this study to determine the factors that influence the incidence of unwanted pregnancy (KTD) in adolescents in Rajadatu Village, Cineam District, Tasikmalaya Regency in 2020. The method of the research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The population of this research is 4 girls who experience unwanted pregnancy in Rajadatu Village, Cineam District, Tasikmalaya Regency, with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the causes of unwanted pregnancy in adolescents were risky sexual behavior, family income level, parenting style, adolescent attitudes towards sexuality.
