Abstract

A traffic accident is an event that can be classified as an emergency situation because the victim can experience potential trauma. One treatment that can be done is by administering drugs in the emergency room. So based on this, the researcher intends to conduct research on the description of drug administration in the emergency room for traffic accident patients at dr. Soekardjo.. This research is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional research design using secondary data, namely medical records in 2022. The sampling technique is total sampling. The data analysis used was univariate analysis with the final results being a table of sample proportions. There were 200 cases of traffic accident patients. The results show that the percentage of single traumatic injuries is 86%; combination wound 14%. The percentage of emergency cases labeled yellow is 60%; green 33.5%; red 6.5%. Percentage of 18-23 age range 26%; ages 12-17 19.5%. Percentage of male sex 73.0%; female 27.0%. The percentage of drug Tranexamic Acid 1.5%; Tranexamic Acid, Ketorolac 0.5%; Ceftriaxone 33.5%; Ceftriaxone, Tranexamic Acid 11%; Ceftriaxone, Tranexamic Acid, Ondansetron and Diazepam 0.5%; Ceftriaxone, Dexamethasone and Ketorolac 0.5%; Ceftriaxone, Diazepam and Ketorolac 0.5%; Ceftriaxone, Ketorolac 37%; Ceftriaxone, Ketorolac and Tranexamic Acid 3.0%; Ceftriaxone, Ketorolac, Tranexamic Acid and Ondansetron 1.0%; Ceftriaxone, Ketorolac, and Methylprednisolone 1.5%; Ceftriaxone, Ketorolac, Nebu Pulmicort and Combivent 0.5%; Ceftriaxone, Methylprednisolone 2.0%; Ceftriaxone, Morphine 0.5%; Ketorolac 3.0%. Percentage of Antibiotic drug groups with NSAIDs 37%; Antibiotics 33%. The percentage of dosage forms for injection is 99.5%; injection of 0.5% inhalation liquid combination.
