Abstract

Floods have had an impact on paralyzing the economy. Besides that, floods have also resulted in post-flood diseases including diarrhea, dengue fever, leptospirosis, respiratory infections, intestinal worms, skin diseases and various other co-morbidities. Skin disease is a skin disorder caused by fungi, germs, parasites, viruses or infections that can affect anyone. Skin diseases can attack all or certain parts of the body and can endanger the patient's health condition if not treated seriously. Factors that can cause interference with the picture of post-skin disease treatment that are often encountered are environmental factors, climate, place of residence, unhealthy living habits, allergies and others. In this study to find out the description of post-flood skin disease treatment with quantitative research methods taking medical record data retrospectively. The results of the study on 77 samples obtained the percentage of characteristics of early adulthood 45.45%, late adolescents 28.57%, late adults 23.37%, and early elderly 2.61%. Description of the treatment for post-flood skin disease at Susukan Health Center, the drugs that are often used in the form of cream are 100% of the drug type, which uses permethrin 57.15% and miconazole 42.85%. The time of drug administration based on the route of administration included giving after bathing with a percentage of 55.58%, giving before going to bed 38.97% and giving when itching 5.19%.
