Abstract

The coverage of tablets plus blood in cirebon county shows a high figure of 127.89 percent.(1) however, that does not match the coverage of tablets plus blood, 10% of the pregnant mothers in cirebon county are anemic. The karangsari center has 1479 pregnant mothers and 50 pregnant mothers are anemic when the rate of administering extra blood tablets in the carotene center is 100%.(2) this is affected by the pattern of consumption of iron tablets that is not supported by the filling of vitamin c that is helpful in the process of absorbing iron. Rosela (hibiscus sabdariffa) is a plant with the highest content of minerals (fe) and vitamin c among other plants, such as spinach, cassava leaves and katuk leaves. Objectives: The purpose of the study is to learn how the tea rosela affects the change in the hemoglobin levels of the trimester mother. Methods: The study used the design quasy experiment with the design of the pretest and posttest control group design. Sampling retrieval USES an impressive sampling technique of 46 people. The sample is divided into two groups, namely the rose-tea-intervention group with 23 people and the control group with 23 people. Data analysis USES t-tests. Results: Research shows the average hemoglobin level before the 11,07 and the average hemoglobin level after the 11,95 intervention. The value of the t value value of 0,00 < 0.05. Conclusions: Ha was accepted meaning that there was a tea break in the hemoglobin level of the trimester mother in the labor district of the cirebon district in 2021
