Abstract
Emergency trolley stored in the treatment room must have good management because the medicines and medical devices contained in it must be available when needed in an emergency. The management of this emergency trolley is regulated in Regulation of the minister of health Number 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals and Technical Manuals for Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals. The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of emergency trolley management in Inpatient Room of Singaparna Medika Citrautama’s Hospital (SMC) in 2023. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with an observational approach. The research design used was cross-sectional. The method of data collection is carried out by collecting primary data obtained by direct observation to the place of research and interviews. The instrument used is an observation sheet. The results obtained are from 5 (five) management variables, there are 2 variables that are not in accordance with the guidelines, namely the variable of suitability of the amount and type of drug with the list of drugs in the emergency trolley and also the variable of checking drug expiration
