Abstract

ABSTRAK Asuhan Keperawatan Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah Dengan Penerapan Stimulasi Oral Terhadap Reflek Hisap Di Ruang Tulip BLUD RSU Kota Banjar Nisa Maharima1 Lia Herliana, S.Kep., Ners, M.Kep2 Mamat Purnama, A.PP., S.Sos., M.PH3 BBLR adalah kondisi dimana bayi lahir dengan berat badan rendah yaitu < 2500 gram. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) (2021), Angka kematian bayi (AKB) di Indonesia mencapai 17,6 kematian bayi per 1000 kelahiran hidup. Angka tertinggi disebabkan oleh BBLR yaitu 35,15% dari penyebab kematian bayi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rentannya masalah kesehatan pada BBLR salah satunya yaitu defisit nutrisi yang diakibatkan oleh reflek hisap yang lemah. Untuk mengatasi defisit nutrisi intervensi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan penerapan stimulasi oral. Tujuan dari penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan dengan penerapan stimulasi oral terhadap reflek hisap BBLR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini dilakukan enam hari pada masing masing responden. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan adanya pengaruh stimulasi oral dalam meningkatkan reflek hisap BBLR yang ditandai dengan peningkatan volume minum pada kedua responden. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu untuk lebih mengeksplorasi mengenai stimulasi oral seperti prosedur, indikasi, kontraindikasi dan dampaknya. According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) (2021), the infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia reached 17.6 infant deaths per 1000 live births. The highest number caused by LBW is 35.15% of the causes of infant death. This is due to its vulnerability, one of the health problems in LBW is nutritional deficiency caused by weak suck reflex. To address nutritional deficits, interventions can be made This is done by applying oral stimulation. The purpose of completing scientific writing This is to provide an overview of caregiving with the application of oral stimulation on the LBW sucking reflex. The research method used is a qualitative design with the case study approach, the study was carried out six days on each respondent. The results of the case study showed the effect of deep oral stimulation increased the sucking reflex of LBW which is characterized by an increase in drinking volume on both respondents.
