Abstract

Abstrak: Cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Ciamis yaitu sebesar 46,0 % dari target Renstra 50% (Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ciamis 2020). Rendahnya cakupan tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan pada ibu hamil trimester III mengenai Teknik menyusui. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan adanya inovasi dalam media promosi kesehatan, yakni menggunakan media audiovisual aplikasi berbasis android. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kelayakan media edukasi Loving Breasfeeding berbasis android bagi ibu hamil trimester III tentang teknik menyusui. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang terdiri dari 10 tahapan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 42 orang yang termasuk ke dalam tahap uji coba kelompok kecil 8 orang dan uji coba kelompok besar 34 orang. Analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis android Loving Breastfeeding yang berisi materi seputar ASI Eksklusif, Teknik menyusui dan video menyusui. Penilaian ahli materi memiliki nilai 71,5% termasuk kategori layak. Penilaian ahli media sebesar 87% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 94% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 94% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil akhir produk aplikasi Loving Breastfeeding dimuat di google play store.Kata kunci: Aplikasi android, ASI eksklusif, Ibu hamil Abstract: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in 2019 in Ciamis Regency is 46.0% of the 50% Strategic Plan target (Ciamis District Health Office 2020). The low coverage of pregnancy is caused by a lack of knowledge in third trimester mothers regarding breastfeeding techniques. One of the efforts that can be done with innovations in health promotion media is using audiovisual media based on Android applications. The purpose of the study was to find out the Android-based Loving Breastfeeding educational media for pregnant women in the third trimester about breastfeeding techniques. This study uses research and development methods (Research and Development) which consists of 10 stages. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total of 42 people included in the small group trial phase of 8 people and the large group trial of 34 people. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative. The result of this research is an android-based application of Loving Breastfeeding which contains material about exclusive breastfeeding, breastfeeding techniques and breastfeeding videos. The material expert's assessment has a value of 71.5% including the appropriate category. The media expert's assessment of 87% is in the very decent category. The results of the small group trial of 94% are included in the very feasible category. The results of the large group trial of 94% are included in the very feasible category. The final result of the Love Breastfeeding application product is loaded on the google play store.Keywords: Android application, exclusive breastfeeding, pregnant women
