Abstract
Rampan karies adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk mengambarkan suatu keadaan sebagian besar atau semua gigi susu yang mengalami kerusakan secara luas dan berkembang dengan cepat. World Health Organization dalam liputan6.com tahun 2018 mengatakan bahwa Indonesia adalah negara dengan anak usia tiga hingga lima tahun dengan karies gigi terbanyak di dunia, dengan data sebesar 90.05 persen anak usia dibawah lima tahun mengalami karies gigi.
