Abstract

The puskesmas drug warehouse is a temporary storage of goods and other health equipment before distributing to the helper and polydes. One of the activities that support the storage of such drug include spatial setting, drug storage, stock card recording, and drug quality observation. This study aims to determine the description of the drug storage system in the Kauripan Puskesmas Tasikmalaya city. This research uses descriptive methods of observational using quantitative method with direct observation using checklist sheets that include the aspect of spatial setting, drug storage how, stock card recordings and drug quality observation. Data analysis In this study was conducted by analyzing the suitability with reference to the Health List of the Quality Quality (Rustinawati, 2017). Research Drug Systems In Puskesmas Kahuripan Tasikmalaya City Shown Category Good on the Indicator of Drug Storage How (81.82%) and Construction Card Record (87.5%). Meanwhile, drug storage system shows the category enough on the indicator of spatial setting (64.29%) and drug quality observation (72.73%). The medical storage system in the Kahuripan center city of Tasikmalaya, May 2022, overall, is in good category (76,59%). Keywords: Puskesmas, Storage System, Drug
