	<meta name="DC.Description" xml:lang="en" content="  The standard of outpatient services waiting time that has been set in the Minister of Health Decree is ≤ 60 minutes since the patient registers until received/served by a specialist. Outpatient services waiting time describes how good and poor hospital service quality is. Therefore, researchers intend to determine the control of outpatient services waiting time in hospitals by looking for Plan, Do, Check, and Act Aspects in the journals studied.  This type of research is a literature study using google scholar,  Garuda , and PubMed as a database, and Boolean System as a search strategy. The amount of literature that goes through the synthesis stage is 712 and taken 17literature based on inclusion and exclusion results. The planning aspect of this study is a waiting time of ≤ 60 minutes. Do aspects consist of adding human resources, improving officers&#039; discipline, creating and optimizing standards of operational procedures, and adding infrastructure facilities? Check aspect are found that outpatient services waiting time has largely been reduced. Act aspect explains that controls that do not affect the waiting time&#039;s reduction are not reused.  "/>

		<div><p><em>The standard of outpatient services waiting time that has been set in the Minister of Health Decree is ≤ 60 minutes since the patient registers until received/served by a specialist. Outpatient services waiting time describes how good and poor hospital service quality is. Therefore, researchers intend to determine the control of outpatient services waiting time in hospitals by looking for Plan, Do, Check, and Act Aspects in the journals studied.  This type of research is a literature study using google scholar, </em>Garuda<em>, and PubMed as a database, and Boolean System as a search strategy. The amount of literature that goes through the synthesis stage is 712 and taken 17literature based on inclusion and exclusion results. The planning aspect of this study is a waiting time of ≤ 60 minutes. Do aspects consist of adding human resources, improving officers' discipline, creating and optimizing standards of operational procedures, and adding infrastructure facilities? Check aspect are found that outpatient services waiting time has largely been reduced. Act aspect explains that controls that do not affect the waiting time's reduction are not reused.</em></p></div>
