Abstract
The Intensive Care Unit as an emergency service unit at the hospital, provides emergency trolleys as equipment for emergency conditions that must always be available. Emergency trolley ICU Ciamis Hospital refers to standard operating procedures that have been set. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of emergency trolley ICU at RSUD Ciamis. This research is descriptive qualitative with primary data collection through direct observation observing human resources, and the availability of forms and interviews with ICU emergency trolley managers at Ciamis Hospital with purposive sampling method. Secondary data collection through searching documents for emergency trolley ICU management at RSUD Ciamis. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with stages such as interpretation into narrative, transcription, coding and categorization. The results of the study indicate that there are several form availability input variables that are not yet available. The implementation of human resource tasks is not appropriate, namely the locking of the emergency trolley. In the implementation of process variables, planning, procurement, receipt, distribution, control, destruction and withdrawal activities were carried out well. However, emergency trolley storage activities are not kept locked. In the output variable, the document filling was carried out well.
