Abstract
Sukagumiwang Community Health Center is a community health service unit that works 24 hours and is located in the Indramayu Regency, in Sukagumiwang Village to be exact. According to Parasuraman in Rizqi, A. W. M., (2020) there are 5 dimensions to measure patient satisfaction, namely Tangible (Physical Evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance) and Empathy (Empathy). Pharmaceutical services need to be considered because pharmaceutical services affect patient satisfaction, if the patient does not find satisfaction, the patient is likely not to return to the place of treatment again. This study was conducted to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at Sukagumiwang Health Center. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire instrument with accidental sampling technique to determine the sample. The data analysis used in this research is univariate analysis using a computerized system. The results showed that patients seeking treatment at the Sukagumiwang Public Health Center were based on the dimensions of Reliability as much as 80%, the Responsiveness dimension as much as 83.5%, the Assurance dimension as much as 85.3%, the Empathy dimension as much as 85 .7% and dimensions of Physical Evidence (Tangible) as much as 86.1%. Overall, the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Sukagumiwang Public Health Center was very satisfied with a total average score of 83.8% from 99 respondents.
