Abstract
The childbirth planning and complication prevention program (P4K) with a sticker that the minister of health has launched since 2007 as a breakthrough in accelerating the reduction of MMR with a target of 100% of the P4K indicator achievement. In West JavaProvince in 2018, the number of Puskesmas that handled P4K was 97.57%. This study aims to analyze the influence of communication and resources on the achievement of childbirth planning and complication prevention program indicators in the work area of theMangunreja Public Health Center (Puskesmas). This type of research is a quantitative study using cross sectional. There were 14 midwives in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Mangunreja. Sampling uses a total sampling technique. The statistical tests used Fisher's Exact Test. The results of the study between communication of childbirth planning program achievement indicators and complications is Exact Sig. (2-sided) 1,000 > 0,05, it can be concluded that ho is not rejected and the exact sig value is recognized. Exact Sig. (2-sided) between resources towards the achievement of childbirth planning indicators and prevention of complications is 1,000> 0,05, it can be concluded that ho is not rejected. Conclusion there is no significant difference between the communication of childbirth planning program achievement indicators and the complication prevention and there is no significant difference between resources towards the childbirth planning program achievement indicators in the work area UPTD Puskesmas Mangunreja.
