Abstract

KEMENTRIAN KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLTEKKES KEMENKES TASIKMALAYA Temi Ruswanti Utami P20620119037 Heri Djamiatul Maulana, M.Kes Ridwan Kustiawan, M.kep., Sp. Kep Jiwa “Gambaran Penerapan Strategi menghardik Pada Pasien Dengan Gangguan Persepsi Sensori Halusinasi Pendengaran” ABSTRAK Halusinasi merupakan suatu gejala gangguan jiwa dimana pasien mengalami perubahan persepsi sensori. Akibat yang ditimbulkan halusinasi dapat membahayakan diri sendiri, orang lain, maupun lingkungan disekitarnya. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini untuk mengambarkan karakteristik pasien, menggambarkan strategi menghardik, menggambarkan penurunan tanda gejala pada pasien dengan halusinasi pendengaran. Rancangan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan studi kasus pada 2 pasien yang mengalami gangguan persepsi sensori halusinasi pendengaran. Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukan bahwa kedua pasien mengalami penurunan terkait tanda gejala halusinasi dan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengontrol halusinasi setelah diberikan tindakan menghardik. Kesimpulan studi kasus ini bahwa terapi menghardik efektif dalam menurunkan tanda gejala halusinasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi. Saran untuk keluarga agar dapat ikut serta dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori : halusinasi pendengaran, dengan begitu pasien merasa ada dukungan yang dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan penyakitnya. Kata kunci: halusinasi pendengaran, terapi menghardik. Kep Jiwa "An Overview of the Application of Rebuking Strategies In Patients With Sensory Perception Disorders Auditory Hallucinations" ABSTRACT Hallucinations are a symptom of a mental disorder in which the patient experiences sensory perception changes. The consequences caused by hallucinations can harm oneself, others, and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this case study is to describe the characteristics of the patient, describe the rebuking strategy, describe the decrease in signs of symptoms in patients with auditory hallucinations. The design of this scientific paper uses a case study in 2 patients who experienced sensory perception disorders of auditory hallucinations. The results of this case study showed that both patients experienced a decrease in the signs of hallucinatory symptoms and an increase in the ability to control hallucinations after being given rebuking. The conclusion of this case study is that rebuking therapy is effective in lowering the signs of hallucination symptoms and improving the ability to control hallucinations. Advice for families to be able to participate in providing nursing care to patients with sensory perceptual impairment : auditory hallucinations, that way the patient feels there is support that can speed up the healing process of his disease.
