Abstract

Latar Belakang: Imunisasi dasar lengkap merupakan upaya penting dalam mencegah penyakit menular pada bayi. Namun, masih terdapat bayi yang belum mendapatkan imunisasi secara lengkap. Berbagai faktor diduga mempengaruhi status imunisasi, di antaranya usia , paritas, tingkat pendidikan, dan pekerjaan ibu. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan status imunisasi dasar lengkap. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Plered tahun 2026. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekam medis tahun 2025 dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan dilakukan uji Chi-Square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependent. Hasil: Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan distribusi karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia, paritas, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan status imunisasi dasar lengkap. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan pekerjaan ibu dengan status imunisasi dasar lengkap. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan ibu dengan status imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi. Kata Kunci: Imunisasi dasar lengkap, usia ibu, paritas, pendidikan, pekerjaan, bayi. Backgroud: Complete basic immunization is an essential effort to prevent infectious diseases in infants. However, there are still infants who have not received complete immunization. Several factors are suspected to influence immunization status, including maternal age, parity, education level, and occupation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between these factors and the status of complete basic immunization. Methods: This study employed an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted at Plered Health Center in 2026. The population consisted of mothers with infants. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data were collected from medical records in 2025 and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The Chi-Square test was applied to determine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. Result: The univariate analysis showed the distribution of respondents' characteristics based on age, parity, education, occupation, and complete basic immunization status. The bivariate analysis indicated that there was a significant relationship between maternal age, education level, and occupation with the status of complete basic immunization Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal age, education, and occupation and the status of complete basic immunization in infants.
